Purpose of public forms
ASP website forms route roleplay-related submissions to authorized ASP Command recipients for the stated administrative purpose, such as award nominations, recruitment interest, complaints, commendations, or general questions.
Optional contact information
Unless a form specifically states otherwise, email addresses are optional. If you do not provide an email address, ASP may be unable to send a direct response or final disposition notice.
Information you should not submit
Do not submit real-world home addresses, government identification numbers or documents, payment information, passwords, private medical records, or other highly sensitive personal information. Platform/community usernames are sufficient for ordinary ASP roleplay identification.
Attachments
The award nomination portal may accept supporting files relevant to a nomination. Only upload material you are authorized to share and that is directly relevant to the submission.
Fictional status
ASP is not a real governmental or law-enforcement entity. Website submissions do not create a real police report, emergency request, court filing, employment relationship, or government record.
