Complaint / Commendation
Anyone may report a concern regarding ASP personnel or recognize service that deserves commendation.
Submit a report
Complaints and commendations are routed to ASP Command for review. You may provide identifying/contact information voluntarily, but an email address is not required.
Helpful informationInclude the ASP member's name or callsign if known, the approximate date, and a factual description of what occurred.
Do not submit sensitive real-world informationDo not include home addresses, government identification, financial information, medical records, passwords, or other highly sensitive personal data.
Protected reporting
Serious safety, harassment, discrimination, integrity, or retaliation concerns may be reported without going through the ordinary chain of command. ASP policy prohibits retaliation for good-faith complaints or appeals.
